Assistant Manager, Risk Policy

As an Assistant Manager in Risk Policy at Grab Financial Group (GFin), you will be instrumental in developing and maintaining risk management policies that align with our strategic objectives and regulatory standards. This role is pivotal in driving initiatives that enhance our risk posture and support sustainable business growth within Southeast Asia's leading superapp.

Your primary responsibilities will include serving as the subject matter expert on fraud risk policies related to payments and lending products. You will initiate regional policy projects aimed at mitigating risks across new and existing offerings, analyze emerging threats, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement effective risk controls. Additionally, you will configure and optimize fraud detection rules and conduct comprehensive monitoring and reporting to inform portfolio performance.

The ideal candidate will have at least three years of experience in the payments or lending sectors, with practical knowledge of fraud tools and risk platforms. Proficiency in data analysis tools, hands-on experience with SQL, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to operate effectively in fast-changing environments are essential.
