AP Specialist

AlphaSense is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to join its accounting team within the Finance department. The Finance team plays a pivotal role in driving enterprise value by supporting capital allocation decisions and providing data-driven insights to senior leadership. AlphaSense, a leader in AI-driven market intelligence, serves over 6,000 enterprise customers, including a majority of the S&P 500.

The Accounts Payable Specialist will be responsible for processing invoices, managing vendor payments, and supporting month-end close activities using tools such as NetSuite, Ramp, and Navan. Key duties include managing email inboxes, resolving vendor and internal inquiries within two business days, processing invoices, reviewing corporate credit card transactions, onboarding new vendors, and assisting with the administration of the corporate travel program.

Candidates should have 2-3 years of experience in accounts payable, corporate credit card transactions, and employee expense reimbursements within a large company with multiple entities. Strong interpersonal skills, exceptional attention to detail, and proficiency with Microsoft Excel are essential. Experience with invoice and expense management software, particularly Ramp, and ERP systems like NetSuite is preferred.

The base compensation range for this position is $50,000 to $70,000 USD. Additional benefits include a performance-based bonus, equity options, and a comprehensive benefits program.
