In this position, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining native Android applications using Kotlin. Your day-to-day tasks will include collaborating closely with UX designers, QA engineers, data analysts, and other teams to build new products and features using the latest technologies. You will also be involved in the entire software development lifecycle, from DevOps pipeline setup to production monitoring and support, ensuring the delivery of scalable and performant applications.
The ideal candidate should have expertise in Kotlin and Android's native frameworks, as well as experience with Firebase tools such as Analytics, Crashlytics, Firestore, Remote Configuration, Cloud Messaging, and In-App Messaging. A strong understanding of RESTful APIs, proficiency with Postman, and experience with GitHub pipeline setup are essential. Additionally, the candidate should possess an eye for creating high-quality Android views and animations, be data-driven with excellent knowledge in structuring in-app tracking, and have a solid foundation in software architecture and unit testing. Being a team player with experience in Agile development and the ability to coach and mentor other developers is also important.
