Analyst Development Representative (Spanish speaking)
AlphaSense is seeking a Spanish-speaking Analyst Development Representative to join our dynamic team in Waterford, Ireland. In this role, you will be instrumental in expanding our content platform by connecting with industry experts and contributing to the evolution of investment research. This position offers a hybrid work environment, combining both in-office and remote work.
As an Analyst Development Representative, your primary responsibilities will include sourcing and prospecting industry experts for clients' time-sensitive projects. You will creatively investigate and identify relevant industry information using various tools, and engage with top decision-makers and C-level executives across industries through LinkedIn, email, and phone calls. Your efforts will directly connect investors with key decision-makers, facilitating well-informed decisions. Managing multiple projects simultaneously in a performance-driven environment will be essential, with opportunities to exceed quotas and advance into customer-facing account management roles.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, recruiting, account management, sourcing, or similar roles, with experience in strategic sourcing and cold outreach. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential, along with the confidence to engage with C-level executives. A native Spanish speaker at C1/C2 level is required. Energy, enthusiasm, a positive attitude, persistence, and a goal-focused mindset are key attributes. Strong attention to detail, the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment, and a willingness to learn and improve are also important.
