The Analyst Development Representative (German speaking) at AlphaSense plays a pivotal role in expanding the company's content platform by connecting with industry experts. The role is based in Waterford, Ireland, with a hybrid work arrangement.
Key responsibilities include sourcing and prospecting industry experts for clients' critical, time-sensitive projects. The representative will creatively investigate and identify relevant industry information using various tools, contact top decision-makers and C-level executives across industries via LinkedIn, email, and phone calls, and connect investors with these decision-makers to facilitate informed decisions. Managing multiple projects simultaneously in a performance-driven environment and exceeding quotas are also essential aspects of the role.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, recruiting, account management, sourcing, or similar roles, with experience in strategic sourcing and cold outreach. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, confidence in engaging with C-level executives, and a positive attitude are crucial. Persistence, drive, goal orientation, strong attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment are also important. A native German speaker with C1/C2 proficiency levels is required for this role.
