The Analyst Development Representative at AlphaSense plays a pivotal role in expanding the company's content platform by connecting investors with industry experts. This position is integral to the company's mission of delivering AI-driven market intelligence to over 6,000 enterprise customers, including a majority of the S&P 500. The role is based in Waterford, Ireland, with a hybrid work arrangement.
Key responsibilities include sourcing and prospecting industry experts for time-sensitive projects, utilizing various tools to identify relevant information, and contacting top decision-makers across industries via LinkedIn, email, and phone calls. The representative will facilitate connections between investors and these decision-makers, ensuring informed decision-making. Managing multiple projects simultaneously in a performance-driven environment and exceeding quotas are also essential aspects of the role.
Candidates should have a proven track record in sales, recruiting, account management, or similar roles, with experience in strategic sourcing and cold outreach. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, particularly in engaging with C-level executives, are crucial.
