AI Engineer

Betsson Group is seeking a hands-on AI Engineer to develop and maintain cutting-edge AI applications and solutions. The successful candidate will join a dynamic team focused on building world-class products that enhance the experience of millions of players worldwide. The AI Engineer will be responsible for developing and maintaining modular and reusable AI systems, exploring new technologies to enhance existing products, and participating in design discussions. The role also involves troubleshooting complex problems and contributing directly to the codebase, ensuring the delivery of high-performing services. Additionally, the engineer will play a key part in fostering a collaborative, high-performing team culture by reviewing code and supporting other engineers and technical leads.

Candidates should have proven experience in developing and delivering production-ready AI applications, with a strong technical background in Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and prompt engineering. Experience in building context systems using Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), vector stores, and Memory Context Processing (MCP) is essential. Proficiency in developing AI agents using frameworks like LangGraph and LangChain is also required. Additionally, experience in mentoring or leading engineers in a technical capacity is highly desirable.
