AI Engineer

Betsson Group is seeking a hands-on AI Engineer to develop and implement cutting-edge AI applications and solutions. The successful candidate will work on AI solutions, context systems, and AI agents, maintaining and enhancing multiple AI systems and products. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate with product and architecture teams to deliver high-performing services used by millions of players, utilizing bleeding-edge technology to build world-class products.

The AI Engineer will focus on developing and maintaining modular and reusable systems, exploring new technologies, and finding solutions to enhance Betsson's products. Responsibilities include participating in design discussions, troubleshooting complex problems, and contributing directly to the codebase. Additionally, the role involves building a collaborative, high-performing team culture by reviewing code and supporting other engineers and tech leads.

Candidates should have proven experience in developing and delivering production-ready AI applications. A strong technical background in Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and prompt engineering is essential. Experience in building context systems using Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), vector stores, and Memory-Context Processing (MCP) is required. Proficiency in developing AI agents using frameworks like LangGraph and LangChain, as well as experience in mentoring or leading engineers in a technical capacity, is also sought after.
