AI Engineer
As an AI Engineer at Betsson Group, you will be instrumental in developing cutting-edge AI applications and solutions. This role involves creating context systems and AI agents, maintaining and enhancing multiple AI systems and products, and researching frontier models. You will collaborate with product and architecture teams to deliver high-performing services utilized by millions of players, contributing to the company's mission of building world-class products.
Your primary responsibilities will include developing and maintaining modular and reusable systems, exploring new technologies, and identifying solutions to enhance our products. You will participate in design discussions, troubleshoot complex problems, and contribute directly to our codebase. Additionally, you will play a key role in fostering a collaborative, high-performing team culture by reviewing code and supporting other engineers and technical leads.
We are seeking candidates with proven experience in developing and delivering production-ready AI applications. A strong technical background in Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and prompt engineering is essential. Experience in building context systems using Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), vector stores, and Memory-Context-Prompt (MCP) frameworks is highly desirable. Proficiency in developing AI agents using frameworks like LangGraph and LangChain, as well as experience in mentoring or leading engineers in a technical capacity, will be advantageous.
