Affiliate Manager for I-Gaming Industry
Betsson Group is seeking an energetic and driven Affiliate Manager to oversee our affiliate partnerships within the Brazilian market. This role is integral to our Affiliate team, focusing on building strong relationships, optimizing performance, and driving growth across our affiliate network. The Affiliate Manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with key Brazilian affiliate networks and partners. Key duties include monitoring and analyzing affiliate performance to measure effectiveness, identifying and cultivating top performers, and creating monthly promotions and communications for marketing affiliates. Additionally, the role involves collaborating with internal teams to improve landing pages and marketing campaigns, developing marketing campaigns for the affiliate program, and implementing strategies to enhance the quality and performance of affiliate partners.
The ideal candidate will have experience in affiliate marketing, partnerships, or commercial roles, preferably within the Brazilian market. A strong analytical mindset is essential, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and propose strategic improvements. Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills are required, along with a sales-oriented approach and a proactive attitude toward achieving growth targets. Fluency in Portuguese and English, both spoken and written, is mandatory. Knowledge of digital marketing, performance marketing, or the iGaming industry is considered an asset.
