Account Manager
Teads is seeking an Account Manager to join its high-performing business team in Israel. This role is ideal for individuals with a few years of experience in digital media or advertising who are ready to take ownership of client relationships and grow within a fast-paced, international environment. The Account Manager will manage a portfolio of independent agencies and brand partners, ensuring strong campaign performance, client satisfaction, and identifying opportunities for account growth.
Key responsibilities include acting as the main point of contact for a portfolio of agency and direct clients, serving as a trusted consultant by sharing industry trends and best practices to ensure smooth collaboration and strong long-term relationships. The Account Manager will oversee campaign setup, delivery, and optimization in close partnership with internal teams, providing actionable insights to improve results. Additionally, the role involves supporting upsell and cross-sell opportunities by aligning Teads’ solutions with client goals and identifying new areas for partnership. Collaboration with Sales, Ad Operations, Product, and BI teams is essential to deliver seamless, high-quality client experiences.
The ideal candidate will have 2–4 years of experience in account management, customer success, or digital advertising, preferably in media, adtech, or programmatic sectors. Proven experience in managing clients and supporting revenue growth is essential. Strong communication and presentation skills in both English and Hebrew are required, along with an analytical mindset and the ability to translate data into actionable insights. A proactive attitude and genuine interest in digital innovation are also important. Bonus points are given for experience in native discovery platforms, performance marketing, export or international marketing, and sales.
