In this role, the Account Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for corporate clients, handling inbound queries, outbound engagement, relationship updates, and renewal discussions. Key responsibilities include maximizing client retention rates, driving adoption of AlphaSense solutions into other business units, identifying revenue at risk to prevent churn, forecasting retention rates, and collaborating with Account Executives to identify growth opportunities within the client base.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2-4 years of account management experience, with a proven ability to develop instant rapport and manage relationships within Fortune 1000 clients. They should possess strong business acumen, effective process management skills, and exceptional oral, written, and presentation abilities. A natural intellectual curiosity and the ability to learn and adapt quickly are also essential.
