As an Account Executive at Teads, you will be instrumental in expanding our performance advertising business by acquiring and nurturing direct advertiser relationships with small and medium enterprise (SME) brands. Teads is a leading omnichannel advertising platform dedicated to delivering meaningful business outcomes for brand and performance advertisers across various screens. With a global presence and partnerships with over 10,000 publishers and 20,000 advertisers, Teads offers a dynamic environment for professionals seeking to make a significant impact in the digital advertising landscape.

In this role, your primary responsibilities will include building and managing a pipeline of direct advertisers and performance marketers globally. You will drive new business through proactive outreach, networking, and platform demonstrations. Understanding client key performance indicators such as cost per lead (CPL), cost per acquisition (CPA), return on ad spend (ROAS), and cost per install (CPI) is essential, as you will tailor value propositions to meet these objectives. Collaborating closely with account management and technical teams, you will ensure seamless onboarding and campaign success, while staying abreast of programmatic trends and client needs to meet and exceed revenue targets.

The ideal candidate will possess over three years of experience in the AdTech industry, preferably within a demand platform, and have a proven track record in digital advertising or programmatic sales. Experience working with performance marketing clients, including SME brands and direct response agencies, is highly valued. A strong understanding of performance advertiser goals and metrics is crucial, along with excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. High proficiency in English, both spoken and written, is a must, and familiarity with campaign optimization techniques will be advantageous.

The compensation for this position ranges from $90,000 to $130,000 annually, including on-target earnings. The actual offer may vary based on factors such as experience, job-related knowledge, skills, and abilities.
