Account Executive, Financial Services
AlphaSense is seeking an entrepreneurial and accomplished Account Executive to join our growing Financial Services Sales team in London. This role focuses on acquiring new clients within the financial sector, including hedge funds, asset managers, and investment banks. As part of a high-growth company, you will have the opportunity to sell a category-defining AI platform that is transforming how investment professionals access and interpret information.
In this position, you will be responsible for the entire sales process, from prospecting and initiating discussions to conducting product demonstrations, managing trials, and closing sales. Collaborating closely with marketing and product specialists, you will work to expand brand awareness and ensure client engagement during trials. Additionally, you will gather and relay market and client feedback to inform product enhancements and strategic initiatives.
The ideal candidate has a proven track record of exceeding sales targets in a high-volume, high-velocity B2B sales environment, particularly within the financial services sector. Experience selling SaaS technology to hedge funds, asset managers, and investment banks across the U.K., Ireland, and Europe is essential. Strong prospecting skills, the ability to build relationships across complex organizations, and exceptional communication and presentation abilities are also required.
