04.Product Designer(UX/UI)

PayPay India is seeking a Product Designer to enhance user experience across its applications and merchant tools. The successful candidate will collaborate with engineers, product managers, and senior designers to develop new features and refine existing ones, ensuring a seamless financial experience for users.

Key responsibilities include designing comprehensive UX/UI for the PayPay application and associated web tools, creating user flows and interfaces based on conceptual frameworks, conducting both quantitative and qualitative user research through surveys and interviews, and analyzing data to propose improvements.

Candidates should possess 4-10 years of hands-on experience in mobile app UX/UI design for iOS and Android platforms. Proficiency in design tools such as Figma and Adobe is essential, along with experience in product release, performance measurement, and iterative improvement. Familiarity with PayPay or similar applications is advantageous.

Preferred qualifications include experience with Human-Centered Design (HCD) and design thinking methodologies, as well as managing in-house services. The ideal candidate is flexible, proactive in identifying and addressing issues, team-oriented with strong communication skills, and open to feedback for continuous improvement.
