08.Data Engineer

PayPay India is seeking a Data Engineer to join our dynamic team in Gurugram, India. As a subsidiary of PayPay Corporation, a leading fintech company with over 63 million users since its 2018 launch in Japan, we are expanding our development capabilities in India to leverage the country's rich pool of engineering talent.

In this role, you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining scalable data pipelines and architectures. Your day-to-day tasks will include developing ETL processes, ensuring data quality and integrity, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to support data-driven decision-making.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data engineering, with proficiency in SQL, Python, and experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or GCP. A solid understanding of data modeling, warehousing concepts, and experience with big data technologies like Hadoop or Spark is highly desirable.
