Morgan & Morgan, a leading personal injury law firm dedicated to protecting the people, not the powerful, is seeking an experienced Workers' Compensation Litigation Paralegal to join their team in Alpharetta, Georgia. This role involves providing comprehensive support to attorneys throughout the litigation process, from pre-trial preparation to post-trial activities.

Key responsibilities include preparing legal documents such as pleadings, motions, affidavits, and complaints, as well as e-filing court documents in state and federal courts. The paralegal will also communicate with clients, courts, and opposing counsel, conduct legal research, prepare discovery documents, coordinate depositions, and assist in trial preparation by organizing exhibits and drafting pleadings. Administrative duties encompass managing calendars, organizing case files, and maintaining pleadings and discovery indexes.

Candidates should possess an associate degree, certificate, or equivalent work experience, with a preference for those who have completed a nationally accredited paralegal program. A minimum of two years of litigation experience, particularly in personal injury or workers' compensation, is preferred. Strong organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple deadlines, and proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook are essential. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision, are also required.
