Trial Attorney

Morgan & Morgan is seeking a General Liability Litigation Attorney to join its growing practice in Alpharetta, Georgia. This role involves representing plaintiffs in general liability accident cases, with responsibilities encompassing trial preparation and courtroom proceedings. The position offers an opportunity to be part of a dedicated team committed to advocating for clients' rights.

The attorney will manage litigation cases daily, including drafting and filing pleadings, discovery requests and responses, demands, motions, and memoranda. Responsibilities also include guiding clients through the legal process, interacting with expert witnesses to prepare reports and affidavits, and preparing for and attending depositions, mediations, hearings, and court appearances.

Candidates must possess a law degree from an accredited institution and be an active member in good standing with the State Bar of Georgia. The role requires the ability to manage a high volume of litigation cases, excellent client service and communication skills, self-motivation driven by long-term career goals, and superior writing and oral advocacy abilities.
