Personal Injury Attorney

Morgan & Morgan is seeking an experienced Personal Injury Attorney to join its growing practice in Boston, Massachusetts. This role involves managing a substantial and complex caseload from pre-litigation through trial, contributing to the firm's mission of advocating for consumer rights.

The attorney will handle both pre-litigation and litigation cases daily, including drafting and filing litigation documents such as pleadings, discovery requests and responses, demands, motions, and memoranda. Responsibilities also include guiding clients through the case process, interacting with expert witnesses, and preparing for and attending depositions, mediations, hearings, and court appearances.

Candidates must possess a law degree from a fully accredited law school and be an active member in good standing with the Massachusetts State Bar Association. A minimum of three years of personal injury experience is required, along with the ability to manage a high volume of cases. Excellent client service and communication skills, a self-starter attitude driven by long-term career goals, and superior writing and oral advocacy skills are essential.
