Receptionist
Morgan & Morgan, a leading personal injury law firm dedicated to protecting the rights of individuals, is seeking a professional and organized Receptionist to join our team in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. This role serves as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, ensuring a welcoming and efficient front-desk experience. The Receptionist will work closely with attorneys and support staff, contributing to the firm's mission of delivering exceptional legal services.
Key responsibilities include greeting clients upon arrival, providing initial information about the firm's services, and obtaining preliminary case information. The Receptionist will manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, operate the telephone system to handle calls and messages, and maintain organized records. Additionally, the role involves overseeing office supplies, ensuring conference and shared spaces are tidy, and assisting attorneys and staff with various clerical duties as needed.
The ideal candidate will have at least two years of full-time experience in an office setting, preferably within a legal environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook, ProDoc, and E-filing is essential. Strong organizational skills, effective oral and written communication, and the ability to handle multiple tasks while meeting deadlines are required. The candidate should also demonstrate sound judgment and effective decision-making abilities.
