WFM & Real-Time Operations Supervisor (Hybrid, Mexico City)
OpenTable is seeking a WFM & Real-Time Operations Supervisor to lead a global team of Real-Time Specialists and Workforce Schedulers. This role is pivotal in managing contact center operations, ensuring optimal staffing levels, and maintaining service excellence.
