Customer Support Associate (Hybrid, Mexico City)
OpenTable is seeking a Customer Support Associate to join our team in Mexico City. As a leader in the restaurant reservation industry, OpenTable connects millions of diners with over 60,000 restaurant partners worldwide. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to our mission of helping restaurants thrive by providing exceptional support to our diverse customer base.
In this position, you will be responsible for addressing complex inquiries regarding the functionality and usage of our products through various channels, including phone, email, and chat. You will serve as the primary contact for our extensive customer base in North America and globally, ensuring each interaction results in a positive experience and reinforces trust in OpenTable.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal skills with a strong inclination toward customer service. Proficiency in both English and Spanish is essential, as you will regularly communicate with Spanish-speaking customers and need to write effectively in both languages. A background in the restaurant or hospitality industry is preferred but not mandatory. Additionally, experience with Microsoft Windows, Apple operating systems, and knowledge of iOS and Apple hardware are advantageous.
