OpenTable is seeking a Senior Manager for Revenue Strategy & Operations to join our team remotely in Vancouver. This role is pivotal in supporting various sales and service programs, initiatives, and analytics. The successful candidate will collaborate cross-functionally with departments such as executive leadership, sales, marketing, finance, product, and data engineering to design, implement, and optimize business strategies. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the relationship between clean data, efficient processes, and effective reporting.

Key responsibilities include conducting sophisticated analytics to support global restaurant sales, services, and marketing decisions. The role involves monitoring team and market health by creating insightful reporting tools, maintaining data quality in dashboards and reports, and aligning metrics across departments to establish a unified source of truth. Additionally, the Senior Manager will prepare and present data analyses to various audiences, identify business opportunities through data trends, and drive process optimization and training based on feedback from the Global Restaurant Sales and Services team.

The position requires a minimum of eight years of experience in an analytics role, with proficiency in SQL and a solid understanding of big data and databases. Experience in operations, including sales goaling, territory management, and commission plans, is essential. Advanced skills in Excel or Google Sheets, particularly with pivot tables and VLOOKUP, are necessary. The candidate should demonstrate strong strategic thinking, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively across multiple functions within the organization.

Compensation for this role ranges from $130,000 to $145,000 CAD annually, with eligibility for an annual bonus.
