As a Werkstudent in Performance Marketing & Content at Scout24, you will be part of the Product & Marketing team in Berlin. Scout24 operates ImmoScout24, a leading online marketplace that connects millions of users with their new homes annually. For over 25 years, the company has been revolutionizing the real estate market in Germany and Austria by building a digital ecosystem that brings together homeowners, seekers, and agents.

In this role, you will support the development and optimization of performance marketing campaigns across various digital channels. Your responsibilities will include creating compelling content such as exposés, newsletters, and landing pages tailored to different target groups. Additionally, you will analyze campaign performance using data-driven approaches and collaborate closely with product, marketing, and sales teams to ensure consistent branding and messaging.

The ideal candidate is currently enrolled in a bachelor's program, preferably in Marketing, Business, Media, or a related field, with at least one year remaining in their studies. You should possess high initiative, a structured and independent working style, and analytical thinking with an interest in data-driven performance marketing. Creativity and a keen eye for engaging content are essential, along with strong German language skills; English proficiency is advantageous. Familiarity with MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, is also required.
