As a Kampagnen und Produkt Marketing Manager - B2B (m/w/d) at Scout24, you will be part of the Product & Marketing team in Berlin, focusing on developing and executing marketing campaigns for real estate professionals. In this role, you will independently design, develop, and manage marketing campaigns for real estate professionals, overseeing the entire process from strategic conception to implementation. You will orchestrate campaigns across various channels, including paid media, social media, email, and onsite platforms, ensuring a cohesive customer journey. Additionally, you will be responsible for briefing, coordinating, and aligning with internal teams and external partners, as well as analyzing campaign performance to derive data-driven optimizations.

The ideal candidate brings solid experience in B2B marketing, particularly in campaign or product marketing, with strong conceptual skills and a keen sense for target group-oriented communication and storytelling. Proficiency in planning and executing integrated, cross-channel marketing campaigns, along with excellent project management abilities to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously, is essential. A data-driven mindset for performance analysis and optimization, as well as effective communication skills for collaboration with diverse stakeholders, are also required.
