Real Estate Consultant - Bulwiengesa (m/w/d)
As a Real Estate Consultant at Bulwiengesa, part of the Scout24 Group, you will join Germany's leading provider of real estate market data and analysis. Bulwiengesa delivers essential data for key decisions in the German real estate market, from project development to investment strategies and urban planning. Our flagship product, RIWIS (Real Estate Information System), is Germany's most comprehensive real estate database, serving as an indispensable tool for institutional investors, project developers, banks, and public authorities.
In this role, you will be responsible for conducting market, location, and real estate analyses using both internal and external data sources. You will develop well-founded utilization concepts for existing and planned properties, perform economic feasibility calculations—particularly in the retail sector—and prepare expert reports, studies, and reports within the scope of consulting and research projects. Additionally, you will manage and coordinate projects from proposal preparation through analysis and report creation to presentation, conduct property inspections for thorough evaluation, analyze real estate portfolios for asset holders and during transactions, build and maintain client relationships, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to share knowledge across various real estate asset classes.
The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Real Estate Management, Business Administration, Economic Geography, Urban or Regional Planning, or a related field. You should have initial relevant professional experience in real estate and market analysis, consulting, or project development. A strong interest in data, analyses, and economic contexts, along with a good technical understanding, is essential. You should be capable of structuring complex content and communicating it appropriately to the target audience, work independently and quality-oriented, and possess a confident and professional demeanor with strong communication skills. Knowledge in market and location analyses, utilization concepts, or retail key figures is advantageous, as are additional qualifications in the real estate sector. Experience in effectively using AI tools to enhance productivity and problem-solving is also beneficial.
