Pflicht-Praktikum Immobilienbewertung (m/w/d)

As an intern in our real estate valuation team, you will support operational and analytical tasks, gaining practical insights into property appraisal processes. Your responsibilities will include preparing, reviewing, and validating property valuations, researching and compiling market, property, and comparative data, and assisting in documenting valuation results and quality aspects. Additionally, you will help maintain and structure databases, contribute to internal evaluations, analyses, and reports, and gain exposure to various valuation methods and property types. You will work closely with experienced colleagues on ongoing valuation projects and utilize modern tools, including AI-supported applications, for efficient data processing.

We are seeking enrolled students, ideally in real estate valuation, real estate management, civil engineering, industrial engineering, or a related field. Candidates should have a keen interest in real estate, markets, and valuation issues, possess a meticulous and structured work approach with strong numerical skills, and demonstrate analytical thinking with attention to detail. Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel (basic knowledge is sufficient), motivation to learn new concepts, a team-oriented and reliable nature, and excellent German language skills in both written and spoken forms are essential. Experience in effectively using AI tools to enhance productivity and problem-solving is also desirable.
