Cognism is seeking a Website & Conversion Optimisation Manager to enhance the performance of our website, a critical driver of pipeline and revenue. This role involves collaborating with Demand Generation, Product Marketing, Paid Media, and Content teams to ensure the website effectively communicates our value proposition and provides a seamless user journey from initial visit to conversion.

Key responsibilities include managing and optimizing landing pages, product pages, and core conversion paths through continuous experimentation and data analysis. The role requires planning and executing conversion rate optimization (CRO) experiments, analyzing user behavior to identify improvement opportunities, and working closely with cross-functional teams to implement enhancements that drive engagement and conversions.

The ideal candidate will have over four years of experience managing or optimizing B2B SaaS websites, with a strong background in running CRO programs and a deep understanding of user journeys and landing page optimization. Proficiency with tools such as HubSpot CMS, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager is essential, along with strong analytical skills and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Cognism offers a hybrid work model, requiring three days per week in our London office, with flexibility to work remotely on other days.
