Senior Demand Generation Manager
Cognism is seeking a Senior Demand Generation Manager to drive pipeline growth across its Mid-Market and Enterprise segments. This role is integral to the marketing team, which collaborates closely with Sales and Revenue Operations to achieve predictable growth. Cognism is a leading provider of European B2B data and sales intelligence, enabling businesses to connect with qualified decision-makers efficiently.
The Senior Demand Generation Manager will develop and execute demand generation programs targeting Mid-Market and Enterprise segments. Responsibilities include designing and running targeted campaigns for priority accounts, incorporating account-based marketing strategies, and building multi-channel campaigns across paid media, events, outbound, content, and partnerships. The role also involves partnering with Sales leadership and SDR teams to identify priority accounts and revenue opportunities, as well as working with Revenue Operations to maintain target account lists and campaign reporting frameworks.
Candidates should have over five years of experience in B2B demand generation, ideally within a SaaS organization, with a proven track record of running campaigns targeting mid-market or enterprise audiences. A strong understanding of pipeline metrics, attribution, and campaign performance analysis is essential. Experience partnering closely with Sales teams on account targeting and campaign planning, as well as executing campaigns across multiple channels, is required. Proficiency in marketing and sales technologies such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar platforms is also necessary.
