Warehouse Teammate

Wayve is seeking a Warehouse Teammate to support the daily operations of our warehouse and stores function. This role involves close collaboration with the Warehouse Manager, specialists, and cross-functional teams, including AVOps, Supply Chain, and IT, to ensure efficient and accurate material management processes. As a key player in our logistics operations, the Warehouse Teammate will contribute to maintaining stock integrity, ensuring timely deliveries, and developing robust processes to support Wayve's growth.

Key responsibilities include managing and controlling inventory levels to ensure accurate and timely stock bookings, kittings, and cycle counts. The Warehouse Teammate will organize and label storage spaces to maintain clear and efficient warehouse operations. Coordinating inbound and outbound shipping and receiving processes is essential, ensuring smooth collaboration with cross-functional teams. Additionally, the role supports the Warehouse Manager in ensuring warehouse operations run efficiently and meet defined expectations.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in warehouse operations, inventory control, or logistics, preferably within a high-tech or automotive R&D environment. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy are essential. The ability to work cross-functionally and communicate effectively with multiple teams is crucial. Familiarity with stock management systems, ERP platforms, or warehouse management software is preferred. A proactive and adaptable approach, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, is highly valued.
