Vice President, Revenue Operations
The Vice President of Revenue Operations at Bandwidth is responsible for designing and optimizing the company's comprehensive revenue infrastructure, overseeing the entire customer lifecycle from initial engagement to renewal and expansion. This role leads the Revenue Strategy & Planning and Revenue Enablement teams, ensuring that all go-to-market teams operate cohesively with consistent, scalable workflows and data-driven decision-making processes.
Key responsibilities include developing and executing an end-to-end Revenue Operations strategy aligned with shared growth objectives, building and inspiring a high-performing team with expertise in AI, systems architecture, analytics, process optimization, revenue compensation, and enablement strategy. The role also involves leading forecasting, pipeline health analysis, revenue modeling, and executive reporting, leveraging AI and machine learning to enhance accuracy and insights. Additionally, the VP will oversee the full revenue technology ecosystem, including CRM, marketing automation, sales engagement, support platforms, analytics tools, and AI technologies, ensuring seamless integration and usability.
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, with an MBA preferred but not essential. They should have over 15 years of experience in global sales or revenue operations within a software company, including more than 10 years in a senior leadership capacity. Preferred qualifications include direct experience leading sales teams with individual or group quotas and demonstrated experience implementing AI-driven solutions or leading digital transformation within go-to-market or operations organizations. Essential skills encompass deep expertise in CRM systems, revenue analytics, go-to-market process design, modern tech stack architecture, and a strong understanding of AI-powered tools and their applications across various business functions.
