Candidates should possess a BS/BA degree or equivalent experience, with over five years in enterprise software or telecom sales, consistently exceeding quotas in complex, high-value deals. Deep expertise in the financial services and telecom sectors is essential, particularly regarding cloud migration, high-resiliency voice solutions, and global regulatory compliance. Strong skills in cultivating executive relationships, strategic prospecting, full-cycle sales management, and complex contract negotiation are also required.
