The Vice President - Customer Success at Zenoti will provide strategic leadership to the customer success team, driving post-sales engagement and ensuring clients receive maximum value from Zenoti’s suite of SaaS products tailored for the beauty, wellness, and fitness industries. Core responsibilities include developing and executing customer success strategies, managing and mentoring a global team, and fostering cross-functional collaboration with product, sales, and engineering teams. The VP will monitor satisfaction metrics, lead client onboarding and engagement programs, and implement long-term plans to drive customer loyalty and business expansion. Daily work involves high-level strategic planning as well as direct customer interactions, problem-solving, and performance analysis.

The ideal candidate will have significant experience in customer success or account management within a SaaS or technology-driven environment, with proven leadership of large, distributed teams. Strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a track record of building effective customer relationships are essential. Experience in the wellness, beauty, or fitness technology sector is highly desirable, along with a passion for delivering excellent client outcomes.
