Lead Product Specialist
As a Lead Product Specialist at Zenoti, you will be an integral part of the Adoption organization, focusing on analyzing business requirements and translating them into Zenoti product features for existing customers. This role involves leveraging your functional expertise and in-depth product knowledge to identify customer pain points and provide effective solutions by configuring product features within the Zenoti application. Your efforts will ensure that customers are well-trained on our platform, enabling them to achieve their business goals through increased adoption of our solutions.
In this position, you will partner with customers to lead the implementation of feature add-ons and enhancements to their Zenoti solutions. Your responsibilities include understanding business requirements, defining project scope, planning and executing enhancements, and driving the adoption of Zenoti software features to streamline operations and boost revenue. You will independently manage customer adoption procedures, deliver exceptional customer service, conduct demos, training sessions, and solution reviews, and proactively identify and mitigate risks to the implementation plan. Maintaining thorough documentation and adhering to organizational processes are also key aspects of this role.
The ideal candidate will have 10 years of experience in implementing and supporting Enterprise SaaS products, with a strong software background and the ability to master product functionality. You should possess strong business consulting experience or equivalent in an external customer-facing role, and be a proven fast learner of enterprise applications with experience in implementing cloud solutions. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, especially in requirements and solution documentation, are essential. The ability to manage multiple projects, work with remote teams across different time zones, and deliver excellent customer presentations is also required.
