Senior Product Specialist (SaaS Implementation and Onboarding)
The Senior Product Specialist at Zenoti plays a pivotal role in leading customer onboarding and driving product adoption for the company's AI product suite. This position involves collaborating closely with internal teams to align product capabilities with business outcomes, ensuring seamless engagement across the customer lifecycle. Key responsibilities include leading customer onboarding journeys, conducting customer-focused sessions and demos, and building strong relationships with stakeholders across technical, business, and executive teams. The role also involves gathering customer feedback to inform internal teams, acting as a trusted advisor to help customers integrate AI solutions into their workflows, and monitoring product usage to identify opportunities for increased adoption. Additionally, the specialist will collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Support teams to resolve customer issues and share insights to influence the product roadmap.
Candidates should have 3–6 years of hands-on experience in SaaS, preferably in a Product Specialist, Solutions Architect, or Business Consultant role. A strong understanding of customer onboarding, engagement, and adoption frameworks is essential, along with demonstrated experience in stakeholder management across diverse groups. Proficiency in analyzing product usage data and presenting actionable insights is required, as is prior exposure to AI or data-driven products. Strong verbal and written communication skills, the ability to manage multiple projects, and experience working with remote teams across different time zones are also important.
