Senior Product Support Specialist
Zenoti is seeking a Senior Product Support Specialist to join our dynamic support team. In this role, you will assist customers in effectively utilizing Zenoti's cloud-based software solutions tailored for the beauty and wellness industry. Our platform enables businesses to manage appointments, point-of-sale operations, customer relationships, employee schedules, inventory, and marketing programs seamlessly. As a key member of our support team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Your primary responsibilities will include addressing inbound help requests from customers through phone calls, chats, and emails. You will own customer-reported issues, seeing them through to resolution, and advocate for our customers' needs. Consulting with clients to ensure their business operations run effectively on Zenoti will be a significant part of your day-to-day activities. Additionally, you will research, document, and prioritize customer issues, leveraging internal tools and escalation teams as necessary. Creating knowledge base materials to enhance operational efficiency and empowering the broader support community will also be part of your role.
The ideal candidate will have 4 to 8 years of experience supporting web-based enterprise applications. A technology-centric background with demonstrated curiosity and self-learning is essential. Strong logical, analytical, and problem-solving skills, along with excellent communication abilities, are required. Flexibility to work night shifts and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing startup environment are also important.
