As a Triage Specialist at Wayve, you will play a critical role in maintaining the safety and reliability of our ADAS+ vehicle systems. You will be responsible for root cause analysis and producing top issue reports across our test environments and operational domains. Collaborating closely with Detective Engineers, Triage Engineering, and Component teams, you will help accelerate triage outcomes and improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our development pipeline.

Your key responsibilities will include performing first-level analysis on real-world run data, partnering with Detective Engineers to discover the root cause of issues, and working with Triage Engineers to develop automated solutions. You will support the full issue lifecycle, from identification and investigation to resolution, documentation, and reporting. Additionally, you will accurately add metadata to on-road interventions, effectively use Wayve’s proprietary tooling, and investigate complex or ambiguous runs that require deeper analysis.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in ADAS, autonomous vehicles, or testing, with a passion for quality and a safety-first mindset. You should be comfortable with technical terminology related to ADAS systems and software stacks, possess strong communication skills across cross-functional and time-zone-distributed teams, and demonstrate analytical thinking and logical reasoning. A detail-oriented approach with a focus on accuracy, strong debugging, documentation, and investigation skills, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively are essential.

This is a full-time role based in our office in Sunnyvale, California. At Wayve, we operate a hybrid working policy that combines time together in our offices and workshops to fuel innovation, culture, relationships, and learning, along with time spent working from home. We are committed to creating an inclusive interview experience and encourage individuals with diverse backgrounds to apply.
