Peloton is seeking a Trade Compliance Analyst to join its Security & Risk team in New York City. This role focuses on ensuring compliance with U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) and Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) regulations. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Trade Compliance, the analyst will oversee Customs brokers, manage import tariff payments, and strengthen Peloton's "reasonable care" controls. The ideal candidate will collaborate with various internal teams and external service providers to enhance Peloton's global trade compliance program.

Key responsibilities include auditing the accuracy and timeliness of Customs brokers in the U.S. and Canada, conducting regular audits of import data and duty payments using CBP’s ACE and CBSA’s CARM portals, assigning Harmonized Tariff Schedule (HTS) classifications for new products, assisting with duty drawback and value reconciliation programs, maintaining comprehensive Customs recordkeeping for global imports and exports, performing Denied Party Screening in Peloton’s Global Trade Management tool, and contributing to the development and improvement of global trade compliance Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and policies. Additionally, the analyst will proactively monitor and address new trade compliance developments that may impact the business.

Candidates should possess a bachelor's degree and at least three years of relevant experience with an importer, Customs broker, or trade consultancy. A comprehensive understanding of Customs regulations, including recent U.S. tariff stacking rules, the Harmonized Tariff Schedule, and CBP’s duty drawback and value reconciliation programs is essential. A Customs Broker License and experience with ThomsonReuters ONESOURCE GTM are advantageous. Strong written and verbal communication skills, excellent organizational abilities, and proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Excel are required. The role demands strong interpersonal and collaborative skills to work effectively across various internal stakeholders, external service providers, and global teams.

The base salary range for this position is $71,600 to $84,700 USD annually.
