Counsel, M&A and Corporate Development

Peloton is seeking a dynamic, business-oriented attorney with over five years of experience to provide legal counsel for mergers, acquisitions, strategic transactions, and partnerships. This role involves advising on a wide range of complex transactions, including acquisitions, partnerships, and strategic investments, from initial due diligence through execution and post-closing integration. The position reports to the VP, Associate General Counsel in Peloton's New York office and requires significant experience at a nationally recognized law firm and/or in-house, with a track record of managing both domestic and international transactions.
