Therapy Development Representative - Fort Worth
The Therapy Development Representative at Inspire Medical Systems in Fort Worth, Texas, is responsible for driving therapy development awareness by educating healthcare providers in the community. This role focuses on growing the patient pipeline and increasing therapy adoption for individuals with Obstructive Sleep Apnea (OSA). Reporting to the Regional Manager, the representative collaborates with Territory Managers to support and expand business initiatives.
Key responsibilities include planning and executing customer targeting sequences, educating primary care physicians, internal medicine specialists, cardiologists, and other providers on OSA management, and implementing referral channel growth initiatives. The role also involves supporting community education programs, partnering with Territory Managers to enhance physician engagement, conducting market assessments to identify growth opportunities, and maintaining customer engagement records in CRM systems.
Candidates should possess a bachelor's degree and at least two years of experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, or medical device sales. Alternatively, four years of sales experience in these industries or two years of direct experience with Inspire Medical Systems therapy in a clinical setting are acceptable. The position requires the ability to travel within the designated territory, including overnight stays, and a valid driver's license with reliable transportation. Physical demands include the ability to lift and move materials or equipment weighing up to 40 pounds and perform routine physical activities such as standing, sitting, bending, and reaching.
