Therapy Development Representative - King of Prussia, PA

Inspire Medical Systems, Inc. is seeking a Therapy Development Representative in King of Prussia, PA, to enhance the adoption of their FDA-approved Inspire® therapy for Obstructive Sleep Apnea (OSA). This role is integral to the company's mission of improving patient outcomes through innovative sleep solutions.

The primary responsibilities include educating healthcare providers such as primary care physicians, cardiologists, and internal medicine specialists about Inspire® therapy, aiming to increase patient referrals and therapy adoption. The representative will collaborate with Territory Managers to support business initiatives, conduct market assessments to identify growth opportunities, and assist in community education programs. Additionally, the role involves maintaining compliance with quality system requirements and field reporting obligations.

Candidates should possess a bachelor's degree and at least two years of experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, or medical device sales. Alternatively, four years of sales experience in these industries or two years of direct experience with Inspire® therapy in a clinical setting are acceptable. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills are essential, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools. The role requires the ability to travel within the territory, including overnight stays.
