Therapy Development Representative - Los Angeles, CA

Inspire Medical Systems Inc. is seeking a Therapy Development Representative in Los Angeles, CA, to enhance awareness and adoption of their FDA-approved medical device for Obstructive Sleep Apnea (OSA). The primary responsibilities include educating healthcare providers such as primary care physicians, internal medicine specialists, and cardiologists about Inspire's therapy. The representative will execute weekly customer targeting plans, support community education programs, and collaborate with Territory Managers to deepen physician engagement and practice growth. Additionally, the role involves conducting market assessments to identify growth opportunities and managing customer interactions through CRM tools.

Candidates should possess a bachelor's degree and at least two years of experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, or medical device sales. Alternatively, four years of sales experience in these industries or two years working directly with Inspire's therapy in a clinical setting are acceptable. The position requires the ability to travel within the territory, including overnight stays, and a valid driver's license with reliable transportation. Physical demands include lifting up to 40 pounds and performing routine activities such as standing, sitting, bending, and reaching.

Inspire offers a competitive salary of $105,000 per year, along with a comprehensive benefits package.
