Therapy Development Representative - El Paso
Inspire Medical Systems Inc. is seeking a Therapy Development Representative in El Paso, Texas, to promote their FDA-approved medical device designed for individuals with Obstructive Sleep Apnea (OSA). This role focuses on educating healthcare providers and expanding the therapy's reach within the community. The representative will report to the Regional Manager and collaborate with Territory Managers to support pipeline growth and business initiatives.
Key responsibilities include planning and executing weekly customer-targeting sequences, educating primary care physicians, internal medicine providers, cardiologists, and other specialists on OSA management, and implementing referral-channel growth initiatives to enhance patient identification and therapy adoption. The role also involves supporting community education programs, partnering with Territory Managers to deepen physician engagement, conducting market assessments to identify growth opportunities, and maintaining customer engagement records in the CRM system.
Candidates should possess a bachelor's degree with at least two years of experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, or medical device sales. Alternatively, four years of sales experience in these industries or two years of direct experience with Inspire Medical Systems therapy in a clinical setting are acceptable. The position requires the ability to travel within the territory, including overnight stays, and a valid driver's license with reliable transportation. Physical demands include lifting and moving materials or equipment weighing up to 40 pounds and performing routine physical activities such as standing, sitting, bending, and reaching.
