Therapy Development Representative - Dallas

Inspire Medical Systems Inc. is seeking a Therapy Development Representative in Dallas, Texas, to enhance awareness and adoption of their FDA-approved medical device for Obstructive Sleep Apnea (OSA). This role is integral to the company's mission of improving patient outcomes through innovative sleep solutions.

The primary responsibilities include educating healthcare providers, executing customer targeting plans, and supporting initiatives to grow referral channels. The representative will collaborate with Territory Managers to deepen physician engagement and conduct market assessments to identify growth opportunities. Additional duties involve supporting community education programs and maintaining accurate records in the CRM system.

Candidates should possess a bachelor's degree and at least two years of experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, or medical device sales. Alternatively, four years of sales experience in these industries or two years working directly with Inspire Medical Systems therapy in a clinical setting are acceptable. The role requires the ability to travel within the territory, including overnight stays, and a valid driver's license.
