Therapy Development Representative - Boise, ID
Inspire Medical Systems Inc. is seeking a Therapy Development Representative in Boise, Idaho, to enhance awareness and adoption of their FDA-approved medical device for Obstructive Sleep Apnea (OSA). This role is integral to the company's mission of improving patient outcomes through innovative sleep solutions.
The primary responsibilities include educating healthcare providers such as primary care physicians, internal medicine specialists, and cardiologists about OSA and Inspire's therapy options. The representative will also execute referral channel growth initiatives, support community education programs, and collaborate with Territory Managers to expand physician engagement and practice growth opportunities. Additionally, the role involves conducting market assessments, logging customer engagements in CRM, and providing clinical coverage as needed.
Candidates should possess a bachelor's degree and at least two years of experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, or medical device sales. Alternatively, four years of sales experience in these industries or two years of direct experience with Inspire's therapy in a clinical setting are acceptable. The position requires the ability to travel within the territory, including overnight stays, and a valid driver's license with reliable transportation. Physical demands include lifting up to 40 pounds and performing routine activities such as standing, sitting, bending, and reaching.
The annual salary for this position is $105,000.
