Test Enablement Co-op

Visier Solutions Inc. is seeking a Test Enablement Co-op to join our team in Vancouver, BC, Canada. As a global leader in Workforce Intelligence, Visier provides AI-powered people analytics and workforce planning solutions to over 85,000 customers in 75 countries. This co-op position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the integrity of our applications and gain hands-on experience in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

In this role, you will be responsible for manual testing, building automated tests, and performing data validation to ensure the quality of our software releases. Collaborating closely with developers, you will create and sign off on test plans, write end-to-end UI automated tests and REST tests, and set up Jenkins CI pipelines to automate common tasks. Your efforts will be crucial in delivering high-quality software that meets our customers' expectations.

The ideal candidate will have coding skills in writing functional tests using tools such as Selenium, Playwright, and REST Assured. A solid understanding of data structures and algorithms is essential. Familiarity with web technologies like REST, XML, JSON, and Angular14, as well as knowledge of SQL databases and SQL language, will be advantageous. Attention to detail and a proactive approach to identifying potential improvements are key attributes we value.

The base pay range for this position in Canada is $3,600 - $4,500 per month.
