Corporate Development Manager
Visier Solutions Inc. is seeking a Corporate Development Manager to spearhead our acquisition initiatives. Reporting directly to the CFO, the Corporate Development Manager will play a crucial role in shaping the company's growth trajectory through targeted acquisitions.
Key responsibilities include building and managing an acquisition pipeline by mapping the market, identifying potential target companies, and cultivating relationships with founders and advisors. The role requires conducting comprehensive financial analyses, including discounted cash flow (DCF) models, comparables, and scenario analyses, to assess potential acquisitions. Additionally, the Corporate Development Manager will coordinate end-to-end due diligence across financial, commercial, legal, and technical workstreams, ensuring thorough evaluation of each opportunity.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in deal environments such as investment banking, private equity, transaction advisory, or in-house corporate development, with substantial experience in executing transactions. Analytical rigor and intellectual honesty are essential, as is the ability to operate autonomously and communicate effectively with senior stakeholders.
