Software Developer Co-op

Visier Solutions Inc. is seeking a Software Developer Co-op to join our dynamic development team. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to our full-stack software solutions that empower organizations with AI-powered people analytics. As a co-op, you will gain hands-on experience in a collaborative environment, working alongside experienced professionals dedicated to delivering impactful products.

In this position, you will be responsible for writing production-level code that directly impacts our customers. Your tasks will include implementing new features, resolving complex bugs, and collaborating with team members throughout the software development lifecycle. This role provides a platform to apply your technical skills in real-world scenarios, enhancing both your professional growth and our product offerings.

The ideal candidate will possess coding skills in relevant programming languages such as Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, or Scala. Experience in writing functional tests using tools like Selenium and ScalaTest is advantageous. A solid understanding of data structures and algorithms, attention to detail, and knowledge of web technologies (REST, HTML/CSS, JSON, Angular) are also desirable. Familiarity with relational and non-relational databases and SQL language will further strengthen your application.

The base pay range for this position in Canada is $3,600 - $4,500 per month. Additionally, Visier offers a fixed hybrid work model, requiring three days a week in the office (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday).
