Territory Manager - Southwest OH (Cincy/Dayton)

The Territory Manager for Southwest Ohio (Cincinnati/Dayton) will play a pivotal role in introducing and expanding OSA therapy within the assigned region. In this role, the Territory Manager will lead commercialization efforts by driving implant growth, managing account development, and ensuring adherence to patient selection guidelines and therapy protocols. Key responsibilities include achieving sales targets, assessing new potential accounts, and collaborating with marketing and sales operations teams to refine outreach programs. The position requires a solid understanding of OSA technology, device implantation, and follow-up procedures.

Candidates should possess a bachelor's degree with a minimum of two years of sales experience in the medical device or pharmaceutical industry. Alternatively, five years of sales experience in these fields or three years of previous experience at Inspire Medical Systems in a clinical setting are acceptable. Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as PowerPoint and Excel, are essential. The role also demands the ability to manage multiple priorities, adapt to changing deadlines, and travel within the territory, including overnight stays as needed.

Compensation for this position includes a base salary of $80,000 per year.
