Territory Manager - Riverside, CA (Temecula/Riverside)
Inspire Medical Systems Inc. is seeking a Territory Manager to lead the commercialization of Obstructive Sleep Apnea (OSA) therapy in the Riverside, CA area, including Temecula and Riverside. This role involves introducing and promoting Inspire's FDA-approved medical device designed to reduce OSA severity for patients who cannot tolerate or benefit from CPAP therapy. The Territory Manager will be part of a dynamic team committed to enhancing patient outcomes through innovative sleep solutions.
The primary responsibilities include achieving sales targets, increasing therapy awareness, and assessing new potential accounts within the assigned territory. The role requires driving implant growth through prompt account activation and efficient patient throughput, orchestrating commercial site assessments, and ensuring that commercial centers adhere to patient selection guidelines and effective therapy methods. Additionally, the Territory Manager will facilitate local payer education and collaborate with marketing and sales operations teams to refine outreach programs.
Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree with a minimum of two years of sales experience in the Medical Device or Pharmaceutical industry. Alternatively, five years of sales experience in these industries or three years of direct experience with Inspire's therapy in a clinical setting are acceptable. Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as PowerPoint and Excel, are essential. The role requires the ability to manage multiple priorities and changing deadlines, as well as the capacity to travel within the territory, including overnight stays as needed.
The compensation for this position is $80,000 per year.
